Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the best way to care for my ceramics?

Barombi Studios ceramics are food safe, dishwasher safe, and oven proof. Our pieces are extremely durable- we throw ours in the dishwasher every day! All ceramics are prone to chipping or cracking under stress of repeated use, and hand-washing can extend the life of ceramics. Please handle your dishes with caution when microwaved, as ceramics can get very hot if left in for too long.

When will my order ship?

Please allow for 3 days processing time for in-stock items to ship. Custom and wholesale orders may require several weeks procurement depending on the order requirements. Many time-sensitive steps are involved in making ceramics, but we do our best to stay flexible when it comes to accommodating custom and wholesale orders. If you are looking for an original design or variation of a piece from our collection, keep in mind that we need to first finalize a design. The production cycle from start to finish is generally about 3 to 4 weeks from the time the design is finalized and the order is placed. Please email us to request a fulfillment time estimate for a custom or wholesale order.

When will my order arrive?

Barombi offers a flat shipping rate on all domestic orders. Orders within the US with standard shipping will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day). International orders will be shipped either via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) or USPS First Class Mail. For more info, check out our shipping policy.

Does Barombi take custom orders?

Yes, we love taking custom orders when we can! Requests for any of our currently listed items in a different size or color can usually be fulfilled. If you’re seeking an original design or glaze color not currently in our repertoire, we’ll certainly try our best to accommodate.Original designs will require additional time to finalize the design concept. After finalized, we can send a cost estimate. The shipping charge will be determined when the order is ready to ship.
