Barombi Store Policies


Barombi offers a flat shipping rate on all domestic orders. Orders within the US with standard shipping will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day).  International orders will be shipped either via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) or USPS First Class Mail.

Please allow for 3 days processing time for in-stock items to ship. Custom and wholesale orders may require several weeks procurement depending on the order requirements. Please email us to request a fulfillment time estimate for a custom or wholesale order.

Every measure will be taken to make sure your ceramics are delivered to you safely. If the item is damaged during shipping, please see our damage policy below.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your ceramics for any reason, you may return or exchange the item. Please contact Barombi Studios within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange, and ship items back within 21 days of delivery. Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns or cancellations on custom or personalized orders. Please read product pages carefully for detailed descriptions of the item before purchase. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and the refund will be issued once the return is received and is in it’s original condition.

Damaged or Broken Items

Refunds or replacements will be made for damage that occurs during shipping by providing photographic evidence of the damage. Please contact Barombi Studios right away to report damage so a replacement can be sent. Occasionally, the item damaged may be out of stock, in which case we'll send your replacement as soon as the item can be made- thank you for your patience!

All Barombi Studios ceramics are extremely durable, but normal “wear and tear” may occur. Refunds or exchanges are not made for wear due to everyday use or damage that occurs after the customer has received the item.
