Wholesale Policies

 

Wholesale pricing is available to brick and mortar or online stores only. We regret we are unable to work on consignment, and we are currently not accepting drop ship accounts. You can view our selection available for wholesale here, but please note that wholesale pricing is visible only when logged in to a wholesale account. Order minimums apply.

By creating a wholesale account, you consent to us adding your email address to our wholesale/trade mailing list. We promise not to clog up your inbox, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Qualifying retailers can create an account by clicking on Wholesale in the main menu above. You will then have access to wholesale pricing and be able to place orders. Wholesale order fulfillment is contingent upon order acceptance.

Non-custom orders may be cancelled within 5 business days of when payment was made.

Production + Shipping

Production generally takes about 4 to 6 weeks from the time the order is placed. Please also account for shipping time in your delivery estimate.

Shipping is calculated based on the size of your order. Orders within the US will generally be shipped using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day) or UPS.  Due to shipping constraints, orders placed outside of the US must be approved before being finalized, after which you will be invoiced for the cost of shipping.
 
Customers in the Chicagoland area can opt to have their order delivered for a small fee. If you would like your items delivered, please let us know after you place your order and we'll adjust your shipping charges.

Damaged or Broken Items

Refunds or replacements will be made for damage that occurs during shipping by providing photographic evidence of the damage. Please contact Barombi Studios right away to report damage so a replacement can be sent. Occasionally, the item damaged may be out of stock, in which case we'll send your replacement as soon as the item can be made- thank you for your patience!

Trade Discounts

If you are an interior designer, architect or member of the hospitality industry, we offer tiered trade discounts off our product line based on order total, beginning at 10% off.
